Found a stale price? Say so.

The address

Write to [email protected]. That is the only channel; there is no form, no chat widget and no newsletter to join, because none of those exist behind the scenes and pretending otherwise would be the first dishonest thing on the site.

Corrections get priority

Prices on this site carry the date they were read, and vendors change them without announcement. If a figure here no longer matches the vendor's page, that is the most useful message you can send.

A correction is quickest to act on when it includes the page on this site, the figure that is wrong, the vendor URL where the right figure appears, and the date you looked. With those four things a page can be updated the same day, and the new reading date goes on it.

What will not happen

• No paid placements. A vendor cannot buy a position, a rating or a mention here, and offers to do so are declined without a reply.
• No reviews of tools outside this subject. Querywell covers keyword research software; rank trackers, reporting platforms and full SEO suites are somebody else's beat.
• No accuracy tests on request. We do not run them for anyone, including ourselves, for the reason set out on the about page.
• No guest posts, link insertions or "content collaborations".

If you are a vendor

Corrections to facts about your own product are welcome on exactly the same terms as anyone else's, and are the fastest way to fix something. A request to change a judgement rather than a fact will get a polite no.

If your affiliate programme's terms are not public — two of the tools covered here do not publish readable ones — then this site cannot link you, because it will not agree to rules it has not read. Publishing the terms fixes that.
